秋

もうすっかり秋ですね。
Leaves started changing their colors.

時の流れってものすごく不思議。
I can see that time is passing.

誰にでも平等ですよね。
About time, it is the only thing that everyone fairly has.

平等だし、自由だし、別にどんな過ごし方をしてもいいんですよね。
それを、今日はいい日だった
今日はあまり充実した日を過ごせなかったと
優劣つけるのは自分達。
It is your choice how you spend this moment.
No one can judge if the time is superior, or inferior because there is no right or wrong way in how you live. 

私は最近それを辞めてみています。
別に一生同じような日を過ごしたとしても
それがその人の幸せだったり、心地良さであれば全然いいと思うんです。
むしろそれを出来るって素敵だと思います。
物差しではかるのではなくて
ただ、らしく過ごす。
I think it is wonderful if a person spends all of the time being alone at home if the person wants to focus on him/her/themself.
I think it is great if a person spends time working, if he/she/they loves it.
I think it is beautiful if a person spends time doing nothing if it is the happiness for him/her/them.

らしくいるって、い続けるって簡単じゃない。
他人と関わり合う生き物だから、相手のフレームに頑張って入ろうとしてみたり
在り方を期待という形で強いられてるように感じたり
むずむずすることもあると思います。
自分もできるだけ、相手に対するそれを手放そうとしているけど
まだ持っていることもあるのかもしれません。
As humans are social, we unintentionally judge ourselves based on comparison with others.
Like, I am not successful, unfulfilled, or lacking something. 
Why don’t we graduate from judging ourselves by comparison?
It is totally ok if you are happy with it. 

のんびり、ゆったり、らしく、短い移ろいの期間を味わっていたい。
秋はそれを見守ってくれるような優しさを感じるので好きです。
